Shipping Policy

This notice explains how NeeDoh handles US orders and customer requests.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally prepared in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping generally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays are not business days, and carrier estimates are not absolute delivery guarantees.

Shipment updates

Once a parcel leaves our facility, its tracking information is sent to the order email. If the submitted address is incorrect, notify us promptly; a shipped parcel may no longer be eligible for an address update.

Problems in transit

For a delayed, lost, damaged, or misdelivered order, provide the available order and carrier details. We will investigate and explain the next appropriate step.
